Gold Command

Strategic Leadership – 3CI Group – Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence – Located remote from the deployment area

This team takes up immediate residence in one of our pre planned core locations (New York, London, Dubai, Hong Kong) and provides overall strategic leadership to the response, for the duration of the mission.

Roles and responsibilities of 3CI Group, include:

• Establish the Gold (strategic) Command centre for the mission. Gold Command will remain in place throughout the entire duration of the deployment. All communications, news feeds, intelligence, resource allocation and liaisons will come through Gold.
• Activate Search and Rescue (SAR) Team members by pager, request call out status and confirm team configuration.
• Liaise with host nation where team will deploy to, and any territories through which the team may pass, to ensure smooth transit, visa’s, landing permissions and so fort.
• Manage the intelligence cycle – Collection, Collation, Analysis and Dissemination. Receiving information from a variety of sources and extracting risk critical data for the Team.
• Provide leadership, guidance, support and information to the next level of the mission command chain – Silver (Tactical) Command.
